Keynote Speaker: Rick Gregory presents "Joy: A Key to Leadership"
Rick is married, has two children and two grandchildren. He lives on a farm in Adams, TN. He has worked full time for 50 years and is a 50 year member of the United Food and Commercial Workers Union. Rick worked his way thru high school, college and graduate school while employed by A&P and Kroger Food Stores. He graduated from Vanderbilt University in 1989 with a PhD in American History. Since then he has worked as a Labor/Management facilitator with dozens of companies and unions. His goal is to help Labor and Management to better serve together.
